Customer Account Manager (Hydraulics Division)

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the PM/RM customer base: handling inquiries, providing initial product consultations (after training), sending out specification forms, and processing orders
  • Communicate with international suppliers: sending inquiries and orders, tracking and verifying responses
  • Prepare and send commercial offers
  • Prepare tender documentation for participation in national and private tender platforms (if required)
  • Issue and send invoices
  • Ensure product shipment: liaising with customers and preparing all necessary shipping documents
  • Manage product catalog and counterparties' data
  • Prepare information for and work with electronic trading platforms
  • Monitor stock availability
  • Handle office documentation (letters, specifications, contracts)
  • Translate and prepare promotional materials and presentations
  • Conduct market analysis, gather data on competitors, clients, and suppliers, and prepare reports on completed tasks

Requirements:

  • Full higher education, preferably in a technical field
  • B2B sales experience
  • Valid category B driver’s license and at least 2 years of driving experience
  • Experience with primary documentation, Microsoft Dynamics, and MS Office
  • Confident PC user
  • English language at Pre-Intermediate level
