Plate cooler water-to-oil

Plate «water-to-oil» heat exchanger can be used for both cooling and heating applications.  It is usually used to cool hydraulic fluids and liquid lubrications, but can also be used to cool water, air, steam and gas media.

Using of such a cooler ensures that the fluid in the system will operate at the correct temperature, reliably ensuring maximum performance. The cooling elements of the plate cooler consist of corrugated plates fixed between two panels. Corrugated heat exchanger plates are pressed and soldered in vacuum and provide high cooling capacity with small sizes. In comparison with a tubular heat exchanger, a plate heat exchanger occupies only 25%-30% of its volume with a lower weight. Such heat exchangers can also be used to cool other substances: oils, water-glycol mixtures, refrigerants, air, etc.

The main advantages of plate heat exchangers:

  • lightness and compactness,
  • extraordinary cooling capacity,
  • possibility of application in various industries.
